Pedestrian struck, killed on EB I-580 off-ramp in Richmond

RICHMOMD, Calif. -- A pedestrian was struck and killed on the eastbound Interstate Highway 580 off-ramp in Richmond early Monday morning, according to the California Highway Patrol per Richmond police.

The CHP said the collision was first reported at 2:41 a.m. The off-ramp is closed as the CHP investigates the scene.
