Pamela Parker is an Emmy-nominated producer for ABC7 News Bay Area. She produces, shoots and edits video and digital stories that cover the Bay Area and across California.

She is currently part of the ABC7 News Digital Team, working largely on short videos across social platforms TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, Threads and YouTube.

Before joining ABC7 she was based in Singapore. While there she was formerly the TV producer for the BBC's Global Chief Business Correspondent, overseeing a half-hour panel discussion show, as well as, working in the field on special reports and breaking news. She also worked as the Asia Series Producer for BBC World News and commissioned series feature videos for the Asia Pacific region and manages their roll out on BBC's social media, digital news platforms and television. She has also worked as a broadcast journalist for BBC breakfast shows "Asia Business Report" and "Newsday."

Australia is her second home, having lived in Sydney for 9 years and her favorite Aussie movie is "The Castle."
