Albany cop still on job despite photo scandal

ALBANY, Calif. (KGO) -- An Albany police officer is still on the job after reports of him emailing an inappropriate photo of a dispatcher he knew a decade earlier.

According to our media partners at the Bay Area News group, Officer Peter O'Connor sent the photo to a second dispatcher.

Officials say Amy Ballock shared the photo with at least one other person in the department, and that person notified her supervisors.

Ballock was fired, but O'Connor still works for the agency.
