The gym in North Philadelphia is a former ballroom that is more than a century old. It has trained aspiring boxers for more than 40 years but was shuttered several weeks ago. Frazier spokesman Les Wolff said at the time it was being closed for renovations.
Wolff now says selling the building is only one option. He says Frazier would consider a joint venture with a developer to refurbish the gym.
