Spencer Christian's egg nog

Recipe: Spencer's Family Egg Nog

• 1 Dozen Eggs
• 1 Quart Whole Milk
• 1 Can Evaporated Milk
• 1 1/2 Cups Sugar
• 6-8 oz. Vanilla Extract
• 6-8 dashes Cinnamon
• 6-8 dashes Nutmeg

Optional:

• 1 pint 101-proof Rum OR 1 pint 101-Proof Bourbon
• 1/2 Cup Brandy

Beat eggs until frothy then while continuously beating add all other ingredients until well blended.
