Recipe: Spencer's Family Egg Nog
- 1 Dozen Eggs
- 1 Quart Whole Milk
- 1 Can Evaporated Milk
- 1 1/2 Cups Sugar
- 6-8 oz. Vanilla Extract
- 6-8 dashes Cinnamon
- 6-8 dashes Nutmeg
Optional:
- 1 pint 101-proof Rum OR 1 pint 101-Proof Bourbon
- 1/2 Cup Brandy
Beat eggs until frothy then while continuously beating add all other ingredients until well blended.
