200 cabbies are boycotting it through Tuesday to protest what they say is encroachment by shuttle van drivers. The drivers say the shuttle vans are violating rules requiring them to wait for passengers behind the cabs and it's costing them fares.
The Port of Oakland says it'll allow taxis without airport permits to pick up passengers until the boycott is over.
