Mr. Galarza has 27 years of experience in multimillion-dollar civil, environmental, wetlands, and indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) program management projects. He has estimated, negotiated, and managed projects incorporating Divisions 2 through 16, with special expertise in utility distribution systems, structural concrete, and marine construction, As President, Mr. Galarza has grown Yerba Buena Engineering from its inception in 2002 from 350,000 in sales, to a current project revenue of 25 million dollars in sales, and employing 105 people in seven states.

As President, Mr. Galarza oversees all cost and technical proposals and operational management related to Yerba Buena Engineering. He has successfully managed contracts for the U.S. Navy, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), U.S. Air Force, National Park Service, Department of Veterans Affairs, and General Service Administration as well as for the City and County of San Francisco and CALTRANS

Mr. Galarza was named San Francisco's Business Times Most Influential Hispanic in the SF Bay Area in 2007. He is now on the San Francisco Human Rights Commission Local Business Advisory Committee and served as the State Director of the San Francisco District Association of General Contractors in 2006. He attended the UCLA Anderson School of Business and the Dartmouth Tuck School of Business Executive Management.
