Crews spent the last two days repairing the damage done during the shooting spree at the Clackamas Town Center.
The mall's manager says about 2,000 people work at the mall and extra security is on hand.
"We didn't get physical access of our building until about four o'clock Wednesday afternoon, and we had to put our facility back together," mall manager Dennis Curtis said. "And we also just wanted to be respectful of the events that happened here."
Police still don't know why 22-year-old gunman Jacob Tyler Roberts opened fire inside the mall with a stolen assault rifle.
