Cathy Zimmer's body was found in the back of her car in 1989 in the short-term parking lot at San Jose airport. Her husband, David Zimmer, was arrested Friday. Police arrested his brother the week before.
Last month, police released a picture of the quilt Cathy Zimmer was wrapped in when she was found in the hopes of getting some tips to help crack the cold case.
Police say the arrests are based on new evidence.
