Presidential candidate Beto O'Rourke visits San Francisco

SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- Democratic Presidential Candidate Beto O'Rourke will be in the Bay Area on Wednesday.

He'll tour San Quentin and record a podcast produced by inmates.

O'Rourke held a campaign rally in Los Angeles on Friday and then toured a women's shelter.

He blasted a report released from the White House, blaming building codes and police toleration for homelessness.
