Santa Clara Co. businesses take methodical approach to red tier re-openings

SAN JOSE, Calif. (KGO) -- As part of state's reopening framework, the easing of certain restrictions in the red tier will provide a much-needed boost to struggling businesses, but not all of them are in a rush to immediately resume indoor operations. ABC7 News spoke to members of the Santa Clara County business community about the challenges they face in trying to get back to some form of normalcy.
