BERKELEY, Calif. (KGO) -- At least two dozen homes are without water after a water main break occurred in Berkeley late Saturday night.
East Bay MUD crews are working on getting a new pipe ready in order to restore service.
Crews will start repairs on Cornell Avenue from Dartmouth to Gilman Street at midnight through early Monday morning.
A traffic a detour remains in place as crews finish repaving the repair site on Gilman Street.
