"Drag Brunches are a celebration of everything that is fun, that is fabulous and that is drag! What we do is we get out here and we show our art and our fabulousness and we create an experience for all of our people who come to our shows," said Afrika.

"What I enjoy most about having these drag brunches is the energy! The whole room just fills with so much energy and it builds as the brunch continues and it's truly a lot of fun," mentions bar manager Kim Morini.

"I think it promotes pride in the sense that our performers are really proud of their art form. They are really proud of being a part of the LGBTQIA+ community, and it also helps those that are a part of the community as well as allies, coming to a safe place and enjoy a fun day," described Afrika.
