Marvel films have been defined by high-powered superheroes with larger-than-life personalities, so the studio's latest flick Ant-Man definitely seems like a strange addition to the comic book movie colony.
But don't be fooled, Ant-Man will provide the super levels of action associated with Marvel films while also stealing a page from classic heist flicks. Starring Paul Rudd, Evangeline Lilly, and Michael Douglas, Ant-Man will be a bonafide cinematic adventure that humans and insects everywhere can enjoy.
Check out these clips from Marvel's Ant-Man, opening in theaters on July 17:
Scott Lang finds himself in hot water after donning the Ant-Man suit for the first time (and also provides a good reminder why you should check your bathtub for ants).
Scott has trouble unlocking the symbiotic nature of the suit, as his attempts to jump and shrink through a keyhole go awry.
Although Scott thinks his punching skills are OK, it's only until Hope Van Dyne delivers a knockout hit.
