A man fatally shot in East Oakland Monday night was identified by police as Dominic Newton, but he was better known throughout the Bay Area as rapper The Jacka. Prashant Kumar, who was a close friend, shed light on Newton's musical legacy with ABC7 News Reporter Laura Anthony.
