Fake beached whale fools people in France

People were distressed when they spotted a beached sperm whale on a river bank in France. It turns out, though, that the whale wasn't real.

According to AccuWeather, the whale was "a resin sculpture by a Belgian artistic company." The company says that the whale symbolizes the "disruption of our ecological system."
