Emergency crews respond to fatal head-on crash in El Sobrante

EL SOBRANTE, Calif. (KGO) -- Both directions of San Pablo Dam Road at Castro Ranch Road in El Sobrante have reopened after being shut down due to a fatal head-on collision.

The conditions of the other people involved in the crash are unknown at this time.
