Guerneville domestic violence kidnapping suspect, victim found

GUERNEVILLE, Calif. (KGO) -- The Sonoma County Sheriff's Department is investigating after a domestic violence kidnapping Tuesday night. The suspect and victim were found safely shortly before 9 p.m.

Gilberto Valentin-Lopez, a 41-year-old man, was named by police as the suspect. He was apprehended in the North Bay with his alleged victim, an unknown female.
