SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- A New Jersey hospital is evaluating a United Airlines passenger who may have Ebola.
The passenger is described as a 35 year-old woman, who is under evaluation at Hackensack University Medical Center after traveling to the Ebola-stricken country of Sierra Leone.
The airline says the passenger fell ill aboard a flight from Brussels to Newark on Monday.
The patient had a fever, and was vomiting. The hospital says she is being kept overnight out of an abundance of caution.
The CDC says the chances of spreading Ebola during a flight are low.
