CHP searching for driver after Lexus catches fire in Contra Costa County

CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, Calif. (KGO) -- The CHP is searching for the driver of a Lexus that caught on fire in Contra Costa County.

Firefighters responded to the scene on McEwen Road, near the Highway 4 overpass, around 1:30 Monday morning.

Crews got the fire under control within a half-hour.

The driver was no where in sight.

The overpass was not damaged.
