Man arrested after burglarizing El Pollo Loco in Costa Mesa

COSTA MESA, Calif. (KGO) -- Police arrested a man accused of burglarizing a fast food restaurant in Southern California. Police say the man returned the next day wearing the same clothes to buy lunch A restaurant manager at El Pollo Loco in Costa Mesa recognized the suspect from a surveillance photo he had seen and quickly notified police.

Daniel Lee Warn, 28, is facing commercial burglary charges.
