Michael Jackson's Neverland Ranch lists for $100 million

Once the home of pop star Michael Jackson, the estate formerly known as Neverland Ranch can now be yours for $100 million.

Jackson paid $19.5 million for the Los Olivos, Calif. ranch in 1987 and lived there through 2005, when he defaulted on the property. Now titled Sycamore Valley Ranch, the 2,700-acre estate features 22 structures, a swimming pool, a cabana, barbecue area, and 50-seat movie theater, according to the Wall Street Journal.

Although the amusement park rides that used to be present on the ranch are now gone, the iconic floral clock spelling out "Neverland" and the building that once housed the Neverland Valley Fire Department still remain.

However, you're going to have to be more than just a big pop music fan to buy this estate. Jeffrey Hyland of Hilton & Hyland, one of the real estate companies handling the listing, says they're going to be doing an extensive pre-qualification of potential buyers before showing the estate. "Our seller is not encouraging a lot of showings," Hyland told the Wall Street Journal.
