Mission Bay Fire: Witnesses capture massive plume of smoke from blaze at SPARK Social SF event

SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- Witnesses captured video of the massive plume of dark smoke that came from a shed fire during a SPARK Social SF food truck park event in San Francisco's Mission Bay.

The fire broke out Tuesday at Mission Bay Boulevard and Fourth Street.
