Without naming names, the Napa Valley Unified School Board voted unanimously to expel the football players from the school in the wake of a hazing incident last fall.
The family of Johnny Torres got word through their attorney that their son was expelled.
"We don't agree with the outcome," said Torres' father John. "We feel he didn't do anything wrong. We will appeal and keep this train going."
Five students have now been expelled for the incident, which took place in the team's locker room last Halloween. A clothed teammate was touched inappropriately.

Flora Torres says her son played no part in the hazing. "Our son has been out of school three months for nothing," she said. "So what they're doing is wrong."
The scandal led to the resignation of the coaching staff earlier this month. Many players say the investigation has gone too far.
"Thanks for taking a brotherhood and turning it into a betrayal," said Napa High student Kyle Waltson.
We tried talking to Napa High School Board President Jose Hurtado about the expulsions. "I'm in closed session," he said.

The Napa County District Attorney's Office is doing its own investigation about the hazing. Possible criminal charges could be announced next month.
