OAKLAND, Calif. (KGO) -- Police in Oakland are investigating two separate unrelated shootings Saturday afternoon.
The first one happened around 12:15 on Gaskill Street in North Oakland. Police told our media partner the Bay Area News Group a man was shot in the shoulder and survived. The gunman ran away.
About 20 minutes later, police found another man, also shot in the shoulder across town in East Oakland at east 16th Street and 27th Avenue.
The victim survived the shooting. Officers are looking for two suspects who took off running.
