San Francisco police investigate shooting involving at least two victims

SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- San Francisco police say two people were shot and injured in Potrero Hill Thursday afternoon.

Authorities say the shooting took place at 25th and Wisconsin streets and one victim was shot in the head. Both victims went to the hospital on their own.

Nobody is in custody at this point, but police have not evacuated the area. They don't believe others in the area are in danger.
