Man arrested for 4th DUI after deadly Oakland I-880 crash

OAKLAND, Calif. (KGO) -- A man was taken into custody for suspected DUI following a fatal multiple-vehicle traffic collision early Sunday morning, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The CHP said at least one person died following the collision on the northbound freeway just south of 66th Avenue in Oakland that was first reported at 2:24 a.m. and involved at least two vehicles.

This was the man's fourth DUI arrest.
