Coroner: Woman stabbed to death inside Palo Alto home

PALO ALTO, Calif. (KGO) -- A woman murdered inside her Palo Alto home last week was stabbed to death. On Wednesday, morning, the coroner confirmed the cause of death for Jenny Shi.

The 65-year-old was co-president of the Keiretsu Forum Bureau Chapter in Beijing and Shanghai.

The group facilitates investor business connections around the world.

Shi also owned several acupuncture clinics in the Bay Area.

Police think she was killed by someone she knew or worked with.
