Two people were injured, and another two were arrested after a double stabbing that happened near San Francisco's Civic Center Plaza Sunday evening, police say.

The Civic Center BART station reopened on Tuesday following an electrical fire on its tracks, the transit agency announced. "It looked like a tornado almost. I didn't know what was going on at first."
"The magnitude of all the neighborhoods together...we want our city together and our country together, and this is leaving all our disagreements aside and sharing a meal and breaking bread."
The Civic Center station closed for about an hour while crews responded to the collision.
BART reported major delays in downtown San Francisco Saturday night after a fatality on the tracks.
