BART crews clear derailed maintenance vehicle in Hayward

HAYWARD, Calif. (KGO) -- BART has cleared a derailed maintenance vehicle in Hayward that had triggered major delays on the Fremont and Warm Springs lines.

Trains will run through at reduced speeds while tracks are inspected.

The maintenance vehicle caused damage to the third rail.

There are no injuries reported.
