BART warns riders about retrieving dropped Airpods

SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- BART is warning people not to go after items dropped on the tracks.

A woman in New York went viral after retrieving her Airpod with a broom and duct tape.

BART says agents have grabber tools if you need help.
