Deputy's dog bites suspect pulled over in Castro Valley

CASTRO VALLEY, Calif. (KGO) -- Disturbing video shows a K9 officer attacking a person who was pulled over by sheriff's deputies in Castro Valley.

The incident happened early Monday morning.
