Homer's reality, AI controlled tech and more in first look at exclusive 'Simpsons' Disney+ special
All seasons of 'The Simpsons' are streaming on Hulu and Hulu on Disney+
Things are about to get weird on "The Simpson" as we get a look at the first of its two spooky specials.
Disney+ dropped the trailer for "The Simpsons: Yellow Mirror", where Bart Simpson hints that "Anything can happen."
According to the episode description, "A defective lamp reveals a heartbreaking truth about what Homer believes is reality, and an AI-powered tablet befriends and controls Maggie. The Simpsons struggle to find the light through two dark tales of the curious and bizarre in this Disney+ exclusive."
In the trailer, we see Homer flashback to high school and exclaim to Barney, "My life as I know it never existed!"
Barney replies, "Well, that sucks. On the bright side, it's fish stick Friday."
"The Simpsons: Yellow Mirror" premieres August 26 on Disney+.
During the show's panel at D23, the creators also revealed there's a new installment of "Treehouse of Horror" coming in October.
