SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- If you sign up online for a membership, email address, or nearly anything you'll be asked for personal information, but one security expert has some advice for those situations - lie.

Privacy Expert Adam Levin says that to stay secure in the digital world, you need to think like a superhero.
