San Francisco bicycle laws under scrutiny

SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- There is a hot debate going on in San Francisco over driving laws and if bicyclists in the city should follow the letter of the law. Cyclists say if they stopped at every stop sign they would create traffic jams, but drivers say they often almost run into cyclists that don't stop.
