Soon to be moms might not want to toast their pregnancies. The American Academy of Pediatrics released a report that even a small amount of alcohol can cause birth defects.

Roughly 10-percent of pregnant women drink alcohol, according to new numbers from the CDC, and about one-third of those women admit to binge drinking. Researchers said even one drink a day can increase the risk for a child.

The only safe option is avoiding alcohol complete, according to the report Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders.
