Taking longer to sell houses in Bay Area

SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- Demand for new houses is dropping in the Bay Area. Anywhere else in the country that might mean lower prices and a buyers' market.

In the Bay Area prices are already so high, it's turning into a lose-lose proposition for everyone involved.
