San Francisco 49ers honor Dwight Clark at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara

SANTA CLARA, Calif. (KGO) -- San Francisco 49ers fans joined players from the past and present Sunday at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara in honoring Dwight Clark, one of the team's greatest legends.

A two-time Super Bowl champion, Clark now faces his toughest opponent, Lou Gherig's Disease.
