Group to hold march over fatal shooting of Antonio Guzman Lopez

SAN JOSE (KGO) -- The group 'Justice for Josiah' will hold a march and rally near the San Jose State campus.

Josiah is the young son of 38-year-old Antonio Guzman Lopez, who was shot and killed last year by a university police sergeant. Investigators say Lopez charged at another officer with a drywall saw. The coroner determined Lopez died from two gunshot wounds to the back. His family says they want to bring awareness and put a stop to police violence.
