SAN JOSE, Calif. (KGO) -- San Francisco Giants fan Bryan Stow threw out the first pitch at the San Jose Giants home opener on Thursday evening. It's a promise the team made to him nearly four years ago. And it's proof of the remarkable recovery he is making after he was brutally beaten outside Dodger Stadium in 2011.

Stow spoke with reporters about his opportunity to throw out the first pitch at the San Jose Giants game.
