Nearly 1,000 guests, officials and media were in attendance for the Raiders' groundbreaking ceremony in Las Vegas on Monday, including celebrities such as Wayne Newton and Carlos Santana and NFL owners Robert Kraft, Stan Kroenke and Dean Spanos.
