Fremont man killed in solo vehicle accident

FREMONT, Calif. (KGO) -- Fremont police are investigating a fatal crash at Fremont Boulevard and Alder Avenue.

Investigators say a man driving a company van hit a tree shortly before 11 last night. The driver, a 45-year-old Fremont resident, died at the scene. Police say he was the only one in the van.
