SAN RAFAEL,Calif. (KGO) -- The Richmond-San Rafael Bridge is closed due to falling concrete chunks... again.
One lane was reopened in both directions after happened earlier this morning. Then - more falling debris.
Drivers who heard a lane was back open are now stuck and unable to access the bridge, and traffic is piling up across the Bay Area as commuters seek alternate routes home.
