Paul Whelan, Evan Gershkovich released in Russia prisoner exchange

The United States and Russia completed a 24-person prisoner swap Thursday, the largest in post-Soviet history, with Moscow releasing Wall Street Journal reporter Evan Gershkovich and fellow American Paul Whelan.
