Ticketmaster agrees to tentative class action settlement

Ticketmaster has agreed to a tentative settlement in a decade-old class-action lawsuit.

If approved, it would split $400 million in credit among 50 million customers.

The suit claims Ticketmaster misled consumers by charging processing fees and UPS delivery fees the company didn't fully spend.

As part of the settlement, Ticketmaster changed the language on its website to clarify its charges may include a profit for Ticketmaster.
