Fraternity suspended over offensive banners

NORFOLK, Va. -- Banners, some of them sexually suggestive, got a fraternity in hot water in Virginia.

The banners were draped on the Sigma Nu house across the street from Old Dominion University.

One sign read "freshman daughter drop off," while another read, "hope your baby girl is ready for a good time."

The signs were put up as freshmen arrived on campus.

Sigma Nu removed the signs at the request of campus police and the fraternity's activities have been suspended.

The frat is promising to punish those responsible for the banners.

Similar banners have come under fire on Ohio State University's campus.
