We don't really need to explain why Rascal Flatts and Lucy Hale are an incredible combination, but the story behind their "Let It Go" cover is one you'll want to hear. When Verve asked Rascal Flatts to perform a track for the We Love Disney compilation album, the country megastars were out to please one crucial core audience: their daughters.

"We chose to do the song 'Let It Go' because it was from the movie Frozen, obviously, we all three have girls and we wanted to be cool just one last time in their eyes," lead singer Gary LeVox said in an interview with Verve. "They think the only thing we've ever done is the 'Life is a Highway' song from the Cars movie, so we figured we'd try to do a song that appealed to them one last time."

For Pretty Little Liars star and country singer Lucy Hale, the collaboration was a fulfillment of her own lifelong dreams. In her interview she says, "Anyone that knows me in my life knows that A, Rascal Flatts is pretty much my favorite band, and B, they're the reason that I fell in love with country music. Never in my wildest dreams did I ever think that I would say 'Yeah I got to sing with Rascal Flatts.'"

We think Frozen and country music fans alike are going to love this charming take on the new classic:
