SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. (KGO) -- With all the uncertainty surrounding health insurance, you may find yourself looking for a new doctor, but how reliable are websites when it comes to choosing?

Nearly 60 percent of consumers say that online reviews are important when picking a health care provider, kind of how you pick a restaurant or a plumber. A new study says that may not be such a good idea.
