REDDING, Calif. -- A 24-year-old Northern California mom's video mixing wine and exercise has gone viral online, seen by roughly more than 25 million people.

April Storey said in an interview with local station KRCR that her busy, multi-tasking life was the inspiration for the 15-second video now dubbed "Wine Workout."

Storey said, "I was getting ready to do a workout, and I saw the wine there and I'm like, 'You know, that would be kind of funny to incorporate wine into this workout video.'"

She says she incorporates many everyday items in her workouts - not just alcohol.

The video took off after former "Star Trek" actor and online star George Takei posted Storey's video with a caption saying "quit wine-ing and work out" to his nine million followers.

Most of the comments have been positive, KRCR reports. There have been a few negative reactions about her hurting herself, potentially falling on the wine, but most of the people have been sending back their own videos and pictures.

Storey says she's trying to promote healthy living through her videos. She said, "What I want to show people with my videos is that fitness is something you can do every day, you can do it anywhere, and you can use anything."
