VIDEO: Waterspout spotted on Lake Berryessa

SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- Thunderstorms moved through the Bay Area Wednesday bringing rain and at least one waterspout.

Matt Allen's Bassin Guide Service was out on Lake Berryessa Wednesday when he spotted a waterspout on the lake.
